Principal Duties and Responsibilities

The Overnight Coordinator is the direct point of contact for the residents residing at Bethlehem House. The Overnight Coordinator is the supervisor of the residents as a group and also serves as an individual coach to each resident residing at Bethlehem House.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to provide direction, coaching and services to residents who are residing at the Bethlehem House. Knowledge and skills relating to the homeless population and rehabilitation for life. Empathetic, patience and leadership. The ability to provide direct coverage for residents and newborns at Bethlehem House.

Education and Experience
Minimum of five years of experience in the following areas:
Working with various health and mental health agencies, addiction, ministry and recovery support services or other non-profit organizations in the social services arena.
