Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Lead Teacher: Writes curriculum, plans and executes lessons, manages classroom, maintains positive rapport with children, teammates and parents.
Assistant Teacher: Assists in classroom management, maintains positive rapport with children, teammates, and parents.

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to work well with children and teammates. Knowledge of early childhood development.

Education and Experience
Lead Teacher requires a CDA or college degree.
Assistant Teacher is not required to hold CDA or degree, although one is preferred.
