Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Roncalli Catholic High School is seeking a dynamic, mission-driven Director of Admissions to lead the school’s student recruitment, admissions, and enrollment efforts.The Director of Admissions is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive enrollment strategy that attracts, recruits, enrolls, and retains mission-aligned students and families. This position serves as one of the primary ambassadors of Roncalli Catholic and is responsible for creating an exceptional experience for prospective students and their families from their first interaction with the school through enrollment and transition.
The successful candidate will be a relationship builder, strategic thinker, strong communicator, and highly organized enrollment professional who is passionate about Catholic education and committed to advancing the mission, vision, and values of Roncalli Catholic.
The Director will work collaboratively with the President, Principal, faculty, coaches, activity leaders, Advancement Office, Marketing/Communications, alumni, parents, students, and parish communities to strengthen Roncalli Catholic’s enrollment pipeline and long-term enrollment health.
Requirements
Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesKnowledge
Knowledge of enrollment management, admissions, recruitment, and student retention strategies.
Knowledge of Catholic education and the mission and values of Roncalli Catholic.
Understanding of effective marketing, communication, relationship-building, and community engagement practices.
Working knowledge of databases, CRM/student information systems, and enrollment data.
Skills
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Strong organizational, project-management, and follow-up skills.
Ability to build relationships and effectively communicate the value of a Roncalli Catholic education.
Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
Proficiency with technology and digital communication platforms.
Abilities
Ability to develop and execute strategies that increase enrollment and strengthen the admissions pipeline.
Ability to establish trust and positive relationships with students, families, staff, alumni, parishes, and community partners.

Education and Experience
Demonstrated experience in admissions, enrollment management, recruitment, sales, marketing, education, customer relations, or a related field.
Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and project-management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Ability to work evenings and weekends as required for admissions events.
Demonstrated ability to use data to evaluate performance and make strategic decisions.
Proficiency with technology, databases, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and digital communication platforms.
