Principal Duties and Responsibilities

St. Philip Neri-Blessed Sacrament Parish & School seek a Head Custodian & Maintenance Supervisor. The position is full-time and comes with benefits. Hours are M-F, 7 a.m.-4 p.m., with some additional hours for emergencies and Parish Fall Festival. Candidates should be self-motivated, open to learning, cooperative with others, dependable, and have already or be capable of passing Safe Environment Training Certification. Requirements

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to work independently.
General understanding of basic handyman tasks.
Flexibility to respond to after hours emergencies.
Familiarity with technology; computers and various systems.
Maintain a current driver's license.
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Strong interpersonal skills.

Education and Experience
High School diploma or equivalent.
