Principal Duties and Responsibilities

-Record Keeping and Reporting
-Prepare reports on students and activities as required by administration.
-Scheduling of Extended Care Support Staff
-Program Planning and Implementation
-Supervise program staff by being present and observant.
-Maintain a safe and healthy environment for students.
-Supervise students during extended care hours, ensuring their safety at all times.

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Education and Experience:
*Be at least 18 years of age and of good moral character
*High School Diploma or equivalent
*Certification in CPR and First Aid
*Safe with You Coursework
*Nebraska Early Learning Guidelines
Skills and Abilities:
*Strong organizational and planning skills.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to manage and handle disciplinary issues effectively.
*Creative and enthusiastic approach to teaching and engaging students.
