Principal Duties and Responsibilities
St. Bernards is searching for a Cafeteria manager with some food service experience to work with an assistance manager and volunteers to provide lunch for students for all days of the week that lunch is served.Requirements
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities-Create menus that meet federal guidelines for dietary requirements.
-Prepare daily entrée while assisting with meal preparation.
-Assist and direct assistant manager and volunteers with preparation, serving, and clean-up.
-Direct collection of lunch payment to credit to student accounts.
-Order and inventory food as needed.
Education and Experience
Food service experience is beneficial, but we will work with a person possessing the skills and desire to work in an elementary school food service environment.
