Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Able to manage the responsiblities of a self-contained 5th grade classroom.
Maintain a safe, respectful learning environment while fostering students' educational, spiritual, social, and emotional growth.

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Excellent relationship-building abilities
Strong classroom management and communication skills
Ability to work well with a group of peers
Integrate faith-based values into daily instruction and classroom culture

Education and Experience
Bachelor's degee
Valid Nebraska teaching certificate
Experience in gradual release of information is preferred
A solid understanding of current pedigogy
