Principal Duties and Responsibilities
○ Spanish Communication -Field Hispanic calls and messages for office staff○ Maintain an open line of communication with Hispanic families, fielding questions and concerns
○ Spanish interpretation at school functions, such as new family orientation, parent teacher conferences, disciplinary meetings,
placement exam
○ Translation of key school communications to parents from administrators on school side
○ Translation and interpretation for classroom teachers needing to communicate with Hispanic parents
○ Translation of weekly bulletin to parents
○ Translation of key communications & marketing materials for development office
○ Support incoming Hispanic families in the enrollment process providing assistance completing student enrollment forms
in Finalsite portal and FACTS Grant & Aid
○ Support current Hispanic families with reenrollment paperwork and assistance completing FACTS Grant & Aid
○ Interpret for Hispanic families at negotiated tuition conferences
○ Assist Hispanic families in resolving billing and payment issues with business office
○ Madrinas program coordinator (Marketing and Family outreach)
○ Attend Latino enrollment night hosted by the archdiocese in October
○ Assist with recruitment events
Requirements
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities○ Strong rapport with students, faculty, staff, and parents
○ Excellent communications skills
○ Enthusiasm for working in a mission-driven, collaborative school community
Education and Experience
Bachelors Degree Required
