Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons that promote early literacy, numeracy, and social-emotional development
Integrate Catholic teachings, values, and traditions into daily classroom activities
Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment
Monitor student progress and communicate regularly with parents and guardians
Collaborate with fellow staff and participate in school events and activities
Maintain a structured yet flexible classroom that meets the needs of young learners

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong communication, organization, and classroom management skills
A genuine love for teaching and Jesus, along with nurturing young children
A fire for God's love and a desire to teach
Ability to set high expectations and help students meet the goals

Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood/Elementary Education
Valid teaching certification (or ability to obtain)
Experience working with young children is strongly preferred
