Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Creighton Prep is currently accepting applications for a full-time Associate Director for the Loyola Scholars Program. This is an 11-month position that aligns with the school calendar, including scheduled breaks such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, Spring Break, and Easter. The Associate Director reports to the Director of the Loyola Scholars Program and provides support to the Loyola Scholars, their families, and graduates of the program who have matriculated to Creighton Prep.The Associate Director works closely with the Director to implement and enhance all aspects of the program, with a particular focus on curriculum development, student support, and program continuity from middle school through the transition to Creighton Prep. This position plays a key role in ensuring that the Loyola Scholars experience is academically rigorous, developmentally appropriate, and aligned with the mission of Creighton Prep.

Education and Experience
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
Experience in teaching, curriculum development, or student support programs; experience in Catholic and/or Jesuit education preferred.
Demonstrated commitment to the Catholic and Jesuit mission of Creighton Prep, including a commitment to forming men for and with others.
Experience with and an appreciation for diverse communities.
Spanish language proficiency is highly desirable.
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to think strategically, plan effectively, and manage multiple priorities.
Demonstrated initiative, flexibility, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Commitment to building strong relationships with faculty, staff, students, families, and community partners of the Loyola Scholars program.
