Principal Duties and Responsibilities

The K–8 Art Teacher is responsible for developing and delivering engaging visual arts instruction to students in kindergarten through 8th grade in a faith-filled environment. The teacher fosters creativity, critical thinking, and artistic skills while supporting students’ social and emotional development through the arts.

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Must demonstrate excellent classroom management skills and the ability to actively engage students of all ages in exploring and developing their creative potential. A valid Nebraska State Teaching Permit is required.

Education and Experience
Must have a Nebraska State Teaching Permit and experience working with children.
