Principal Duties and Responsibilities

We are seeking a teacher who has strong knowledge of child development, elementary curriculum, and ability to personalize learning through effective lesson planning and use of a variety of instructional strategies. The applicant must have strong communication skills, a willingness to collaborate with a grade level team and is an active and practicing Catholic.

- Create a welcoming, joyful, faith-filled, and structured classroom environment
- Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate, and differentiated instruction, aligned with curriculum standard
- Assess student progress and communicate effectively with parents and guardians
- Collaborate with colleagues, specialists, and administration
- Support the mission and philosophy of the Catholic Church and the school
- Use assessment data to guide instruction and communicate progress with families

Education and Experience
-Minimum of a Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education from an accredited college or university
-Valid Nebraska teaching license
-Practicing Catholic
