Reports to: Mary JenkinsPrincipal Duties and Responsibilities
Plan and deliver standards-based instruction across subject areas.Integrate Catholic faith and values into daily lessons and classroom life.
Create a safe, respectful, and well-managed classroom environment.
Assess student learning and maintain accurate academic records.
Communicate regularly and professionally with parents/guardians.
Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school events and professional development.
Requirements
Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesKnowledge of elementary curriculum and instructional best practices.
Understanding of child development and differentiated instruction.
Ability to use data to drive instruction.
Strong classroom management, communication, and organizational skills.
Commitment to Catholic education and faith formation.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
Valid teaching certification.
Practicing Catholic and teaching experience preferred.
