Principal Duties and Responsibilities
St. Stephen the Martyr School is seeking Elementary Teachers to join our school community for the 2026-2027 school year.The Elementary Teacher is responsible for creating a positive, engaging classroom environment that promotes spiritual, academic, social, and emotional growth. Teachers work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and administration to support student success.Requirements

* Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate, and differentiated instruction, aligned with curriculum standard
* Assess student progress and communicate effectively with parents and guardians
* Collaborate with colleagues, specialists, and administration
* Support the mission and philosophy of the Catholic Church and the school
* Use assessment data to guide instruction and communicate progress with families
Education and Experience
* Nebraska Teaching Certificate (or in process of becoming certified)
* Safe Environment Trained
