Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Creighton Preparatory School is seeking a Director of Student Activities beginning in August 2026. The Director of Student Activities plays a vital role in fostering an inclusive and mission-driven student culture. This role models servant leadership and invites students to discover their unique gifts while building a vibrant community rooted in Gospel values in the tradition of St. Ignatius of Loyola as described in the Profile of the Graduate at Graduation. Responsible for the visioning, planning, and execution of all student activities, this role ensures that co-curricular life complements the school's academic and spiritual formation programs, empowering students to lead, serve, and fully engage in the life of the school. This position reports to the Head of School.

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Demonstrated commitment to fostering student growth through cocurricular involvement and leadership development.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously with attention to detail and responsiveness.
Experience with technology platforms related to event promotion, ticketing, and student communication.

Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in education, leadership, student affairs, or related field.
Prior experience working with high school students in a school setting, ideally with experience in Jesuit or Catholic education.
