Principal Duties and Responsibilities

✔ Lead strategic fundraising and develop donor relationships
✔ Build awareness through marketing and outreach
✔ Oversee program operations and compliance
✔ Manage budget and fiscal reporting
✔ Collaborate with the Board of Directors

Knowledge: Nonprofit leadership and governance, fundraising and marketing, financial management, program management and compliance

Skills: Leadership and team development, strategic fundraising, communication and relationship building

Abilities: Mission-driven leadership, multitasking and flexibility, analytical thinking, cultural competence

Education and Experience
Ideal Candidate
✅ Advanced degree + 5 years senior nonprofit leadership
✅ Strong fundraising and marketing experience
✅ Experience working with poverty, addiction, and crisis pregnancy
✅ Excellent communicator and team builder
✅ Committed to the mission of Bethlehem House
