Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Work alongside the Intervention Teacher to support small groups of middle school students in math and reading.


Collaborate with teachers to ensure students receive individualized support aligned with state standards and the school’s mission and vision.


Foster a positive, encouraging, and faith-centered learning environment.

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Positive and friendly attitude with a team-centered approach.


Strong skills in communication, listening, collaboration, adaptability, and patience.


Commitment to supporting student growth and achievement.

Education and Experience
Desire to work with middle school students and support their academic success.


Experience working with middle school students or intervention is preferred, but not required.


Must complete a background check and the Archdiocese of Omaha Safe Environment training.


Strong understanding of and commitment to living out the Catholic faith.

Part-time: Monday through Friday, 1:30–3:30 pm
