Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Pope John Central Catholic in Elgin is accepting applications for a PRE-K teacher for the 2025-26 school year. Pope John is an outstanding Catholic school with consistently strong academics and supportive families. Applicants of any Christian faith may apply. Coaching and activity positions are available if interested, but not required.

The Pope John Pre-K program operates from Monday through Thursday, 8:00-3:30. Our full time Pre-K teacher uses Friday as her planning and preparation time.

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Applicant must have an endorsement in Early Childhood education.
