Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans.
Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.
Utilize play-based and hands-on activities to promote learning and creativity.
Establish classroom routines and encourage positive behavior.
Assess and monitor student progress.
Communicate with parents and school staff on student progress.

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Understands academic, social, and emotional norms for Pre-1st grade students.
Ability to communicate effectively with parents, co-workers, and administration.
Represents the school in the community in a positive manner.
Integrate the Catholic Faith into all subjects and school environment.

Education and Experience
Holds a valid Nebraska teaching license in education.
Safe Environment training required.
