Principal Duties and Responsibilities

St. Columbkille Catholic School in Papillion, NE is looking for a positive, engaging teacher to join our team as a Middle School ELA teacher. Qualified applicants will be strong classroom managers, skilled at addressing the curriculum standards, and enjoy sharing faith and building community.

Requirements/Qualifications
- Understands academic, social, and emotional norms for middle school students
- Ability to communicate effectively with parents, co-workers, and administrators
- Has a positive attitude and strengths-based approach to problem-solving
- Possesses patience, flexibility, and a passion for teaching middle schoolers
- Will be responsible for duties as a homeroom teacher

Education and Experience
-Must be certified (or able to become certified) to teach in Nebraska
-Must complete a background check and Safe Environment Certification
-Bachelor’s degree in Education required; middle school endorsement preferred
