Principal Duties and Responsibilities

St. Patrick's is currently accepting applications for a teacher assistant for special education/resource for the 2025-2026 school year. The ideal applicant will be student-centered and team-oriented. Provides support within the classroom and some pullout for students who need extra support. Support and adheres t0 accommodation plans in addition to student success documents. Provides leadership to the primary unit in identifying and responding to students' needs. Math specialization or training in remedial programs is preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
-Middle school math and aptitude is preferred.
-professionalism, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-ability to follow directions and work collaboratively with teachers and staff.
-high degree of multitasking and strong time management capabilities.
-self-motivated with strong willingness and ability to learn new systems and adapt to procedural changes
-consistent work attendance

Education and Experience
High school diploma or GED.
Archdiocese of Omaha Safe Environment Certification is required.
Previous education experience preferred.
