Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Creighton Prep is currently accepting applications for a full-time Director of Campus Ministry beginning on July 1, 2025.Key Responsibilities:
Supervision and leadership of a collaborative team with the creativity and adaptability necessary to develop spiritual formation programming that meets the needs of a diverse student body.
Provide opportunities for prayer, reflection, service, justice, and leadership development that are rooted in Jesuit traditions and Ignatian spirituality for all constituents.
Requirements
Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesQualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Theology, Religious Studies, Pastoral Ministry, or a related field with preference given to candidates who have graduate degrees in one of these fields.
Minimum of two years of experience in campus ministry or a related field, preferably within a Jesuit or Catholic institution.
Valid Nebraska teaching certificate or the ability to obtain one prior to August 2025 is not required but may be helpful.
Collaborative, flexible, and creative approach to working with different stakeholders in the school community, and a willingness to embrace growth and change.
Deep personal commitment to faith, service, and justice.
Willingness to regularly work outside of the school day, including some weekends.
