Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Assist elementary teachers in working with students to reinforce concepts and skills taught in the classroom.
This is a full-time position with medical, dental, and retirement
benefits.

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to work with young children in grades 1st – 4th grade both individually and in small groups and to effectively communicate with classroom teachers related to student learning needs.

Education and Experience
College degree related to education preferred but not required.
Some experience working with young children preferred but not required.
