Department: Child Care CenterReports to: Director of Center Denise Leibert
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Monday – Friday6:30 a.m. – 2:30p.m.
• Daily breakfast, lunch, and snack preparation
• Daily breakfast, lunch, and snack count
• Prep food by quantity amounts per child in ounces. (Family style) Director will train.
• Dishes, collect all buckets from all 5 classrooms wash them, then return them to the classrooms.
• Prep breakfast on tray for morning to be warmed
Requirements
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities• CACFP Training (Through Child and Adult Care Food Program Nutrition Services)
1. Recordkeeping and requirements
2. Meal Pattern and Production records
3. Infant feeding
Education and Experience
Previous experience in food handling services is helpful, however not required.
