Principal Duties and Responsibilities
The position of Facility Manager is responsible for overseeing the general office and facility operations and maintaining records of work that has been completed. Knowledge of facility maintenance and operation of larger HVAC systems is a plus. The applicant must have a working understanding of Microsoft Excel and Office programs. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to, ordering of office and facility supplies, scheduling parish volunteers and certain ministry teams, scheduling all events and programs that utilize the facility for meetings and gatherings. As well as scheduling any maintenance that is to be carried out by outside vendors, and various duties as assigned.Requirements
Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesMust be able to problem solve in quick happening situations. General knowledge of all types of maintenance equipment and facilities operations is beneficial.
Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent.
