Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Physical education (PE) instruction for PreK-8 grades. Establishing expectations and classroom management strategies. Preparing lessons, units, and projects to complete learning objectives. Establishing and communicating clear objectives for lessons, units, and projects to complete learning objectives. Adapting teaching methods and materials to meet the interests and learning styles while adhering to State and Archdiocesan standards.

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The successful candidate will have excellent classroom management and interpersonal skills with students of all ages. Ability to collaborate with other teachers and staff. Be able to accommodate/modify activities for students with unique needs/abilities.

Education and Experience
A valid NE teaching certificate or the ability to obtain one with appropriate endorsements. Safe Environment trained and background check required.
