Principal Duties and Responsibilities

The Preschool teacher is responsible for providing an academic and fun learning environment for 3 and 4 year-olds who are beginning their educational journey. This teacher works collaboratively with administration, instructional paraprofessionals, and other early childhood teachers to guide the students spiritually, academically, and socially.

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Candidate must possess patience and have a loving approach in the classroom. Excellent communication skills are essential. Must possess knowledge of child development and strategies for meeting the needs of all learners.

Education and Experience
Must have experience working with 3-4 year-olds. Degree in Early Childhood Education, while not necessary, is desired.
